Shipping Procedures:
All Retail orders are processed through a CA BOTANA Certified Distribution Center or Retailer. Orders are not shipped directly by CA BOTANA INT. INC.
Retail orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days after the day order is received. Weekends and Fridays after business hours do not count as business days.
Wholesale orders are processed through CA BOTANA INT. INC. or your local distributor. Wholesale orders will be shipped within 1 business day after the day order is received or on the same day. Weekends and Fridays after business hours do not count as business days.

Shipping Charges:
For Retail orders, a flat shipping charge of $3.95 will be added in the continental United States, unless otherwise specified. For shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico, shipping cost will depend on weight of package and a surcharge applies.
For Wholesale orders, a flat shipping charge of $20.00 applies to orders shipping within California, and a flat shipping charge of $25.00 applies to orders shipping outside of California, but within the continental United States. For shipments to Hawaii and Puerto Rico, shipping cost will depend on weight of package and a surcharge applies.
The minimum Wholesale order is $200.00. Any orders below this minimum will be assessed an additional $5.00 handling charge.

International shipments:
We accept international orders. These orders will be forwarded to the respective distributor for each country, and local pricing will apply. If no distributor is available, CA BOTANA will ship directly from its warehouse. Shipping charges will be applicable airmail charges.

Sales tax:
Sales tax will be added to all orders as applicable.
